Usage and Refund Policy

We aim to provide a flexible service that ensures the rights of both the client and the consultant.
1. Appointment Cancellation
- Clients can cancel and receive a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the session.
- If cancelled less than 24 hours before, administrative fees or a percentage of the consultation fee may be deducted.
2. No-Show Policy
- If the client misses the appointment without prior notice, they are not entitled to a refund.
- If the consultant fails to show up, a full refund is issued or a free alternative appointment is scheduled.
3. Technical Issues
If the consultation cannot be completed due to a technical failure on the platform's side, the client will be compensated with an alternative session or a full refund.
4. Refund Mechanism
Refunds are processed back to the same payment card used, taking 5 to 14 business days depending on the bank's policy.
